You learned the method.
Now learn who you are inside it.

The Program
Six weeks that change how you lead
REV-1 gave you the foundation. You know how to hold a session. You know the moves.
REV-2 asks a different question:
Who is the person holding that container?
What is your nervous system offering the room — and what is it withholding?
How do you lead from genuine aliveness rather than competent management?
How do you stay present when the room gets hard or awkward or intimate in a way you didn't foresee?
These are not technique questions. They are questions about you.

Two Threads, One Understanding
The architecture of REV-2
Thread 1: The Science Beneath the Room
Why does a regulated nervous system change the room? Why do movement, rhythm, and play heal in ways that talk alone cannot? Why does genuine human presence matter more than technique? Thread 1 gives you the neuroscience — and the personal map to navigate it.
Thread 2: The Lead as Relational Being
What does it mean to lead from your full self rather than from a role? What is the quality of aliveness that the best sessions have — and how is it created? Thread 2 explores the relational, contemplative, and depth psychological dimensions of genuine presence.
How It Works
Three layers of learning
Weekly Gathering
2.5 hours live with your cohort. Not lectures — structured spaces for the learning to land in relationship. Opening practice, synthesis, breakouts, case consultation, skill lab, and closing.
Between-Session Practice
Micro-practice experiments in your real sessions. Triad check-ins with peer accountability partners. Lead Practice Log entries. The real learning happens between Gatherings.
Your Content Track
Designed around your real life. Most content is video or audio — watchable while commuting, walking, or cooking. About 400 pages of required reading across the full course.
The Journey
Week by week
Each week moves the arc forward. By Week 6, the two threads — the science of the body and the depth of the relational self — have woven into a single understanding.
Relational Intelligence
“Who am I in relationship — and how does that shape every room I enter?”
Terry Real
Contemplative Ground
“What is the quality of attention beneath my technique? Can I be genuinely present before I begin?”
Thich Nhat Hanh
Depth and the Body’s Truth
“What does the body carry that the mind cannot yet speak? What am I projecting onto the room?”
Marion Woodman, Carl Jung, Gabor Maté
The Body Keeps the Score
“What is my nervous system actually offering the room — and how do I tend it as a professional responsibility?”
Bessel van der Kolk, Deb Dana
Aliveness and the Relational Field
“Where is the eros in this room — the genuine, alive encounter that makes a session unforgettable?”
Esther Perel
Integration
“What has changed? What do I know now that I cannot unknow? What kind of lead am I becoming?”
All eight, integrated

What You'll Leave With
Tangible and transformative
Tangible Outcomes
A Personal Lead Philosophy— a living document that names who you are as a lead, what you understand about the room's nervous system, and what quality of aliveness you are committed to cultivating.
A complete Lead Practice Log— eight weeks of your own evolving practice, witnessed and reflected back to you by your facilitator.
A completed peer observation cycle using the Sacred Improv Lead Observation Form.
A polyvagal nervous system mapfor reading your own states and the room's.
A curated library of embodied practices drawn from eight thinkers, ready for your sessions.
The Less Tangible — and More Important
The capacity to read the room at its deepest level: not just what is happening, but what the room's nervous systems are carrying and what they need.
The confidence that comes from understanding whythe work works — and being able to hold that conviction in the moments when a session doesn't go as planned.
A triad of peers who know your practice from the inside and can continue to hold you accountable after graduation.
A fundamentally different relationship to your own aliveness as a lead — the quality of genuine encounter that makes a room feel alive rather than managed.

Your tuition covers the full six-week experience: weekly live Gatherings with a trained facilitator, your triad placement and peer observation cycle, personalized facilitator feedback on your Lead Practice Log, and access to the REV-2 learning community. It also includes all reading guides, frameworks, and mapping tools.
Most of the source content — documentary films, podcast episodes, TED talks, and audio programs — is freely available or very low cost. The required materials you'll purchase separately total approximately $50–65.
What the tuition holds is what you cannot get on your own: the container. A facilitator who reads your full arc across eight weeks and writes back to you. A triad of peers who know your practice from the inside. A weekly Gathering where the learning lands in relationship. And a structured process that asks you to become something, not just learn something.
